lew waters bed & breakfast was a hidden gem with stunning water views and peaceful surroundings. lisa and mario, the welcoming hosts, made our stay memorable. the accommodation was well-equipped with a lovely selection of breakfast items. the gardens and outdoor amenities, including a bbq and pizza oven, added to the charm of the property. convenient location near essential shops and services.

The room we booked was nicely decorated and reasonably large with patio and the bedroom, as example, overall the experience was lovely. There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge, truly enjoyed it.

The rooms are soundproof and delightful, complete with a patio overlooking the garden. the most comfortable bed! - the hotel's location is amazing, very close to the beach and Hobart airport.

The rooms were nicely decorated and reasonably large. the kitchen area was away from the bedroom. - the patio overlooked the garden. - the bed was the most comfortable. - the location was exceptionally nice, an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

The location was perfect, close to Hobart and the Maria Island ferry, with stunning water views and beautiful gardens. the comfortable apartment had ample space and a great selection of teas. the host, Lisa, provided a delicious continental breakfast and helpful local tips, creating a stress-free environment. the calming atmosphere and well-maintained facilities, including thoughtful amenities for all ages, made for a wonderful stay.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
